Our journey begins with a visit to Agia Paraskevi, where we’ll explore the Museum of Industrial Olive Oil, a showcase of the island’s heritage in olive-oil production and the Ancient Sanctuary of Messa, a center of worship for the people of Lesbos, dating back to the Mycenaean era. Setting the course for our next destination, our guide will lead us to the architectural settlement protected by Unesco – Molyvos town, with its historic buildings and panoramic view of the Aegean. Our next stop is Skala Kalloni for lunch, a fishing village where a culinary haven awaits us. Renowned as the sardine capital of Lesvos, this charming beach town boasts an economy rooted in agriculture, nature tourism, and seafood harvests from its pristine waters. Let our journey begin!
